The Gift of Painting

Two-Part Workshop Series with Natasha Metaxa

Composition & Expression in the Cotswolds

📅  November & February – Every Year 📍Kemerton Village Hall, Cotswolds, UK

Welcome to MetaxArt Cotswolds UK!

MetaxArt Workshops proudly expands its creative journey to the United Kingdom with a new two-part painting workshop series held twice a year in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Led by artist and art tutor Natasha Metaxa, founder of MetaxArt Painting Workshops in Greece, this inspiring program welcomes artists of all levels to explore the essential principles of composition, expression, and pictorial structure in a warm, light-filled setting at the beautifully renovated Kemerton Village Hall.

Building on over 30 years of experience in art education, MetaxArt invites you to discover the joy of painting and the creative dialogue between observation, structure, and emotion — surrounded by the tranquil English countryside.

Workshop Philosophy

Each MetaxArt Workshop is designed to help you capture the essence of what you see and feel, and translate it into your own visual language.

Through hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and personal guidance, Natasha’s teaching emphasizes clarity in composition, harmony in color, and expressive freedom, encouraging every participant to grow both technically and creatively.

The Kemerton Workshops are part of MetaxArt’s philosophy of artful seasons — programs that follow the rhythm of nature, connecting creativity with the atmosphere of each place and time.

After bringing “Colour to Your Winter” in previous years, this new series — The Gift of Painting — focuses on composition, space, and visual storytelling.

Why Join

These workshops are more than a painting course — they are creative retreats designed to refresh your senses and reconnect you with your artistic flow.

Join us in Kemerton and make this season your gift of painting.

What You Will Learn
